The New Brunswick Unclaimed Property Program was created under the New Brunswick Unclaimed Property Act, which came into force in 2022. The Program is administered by the Financial and Consumer Services Commission of New Brunswick.
We work with businesses and government entities to return unclaimed property to its rightful owner. Once the full program is in place in 2023, FCNB will maintain an up-to-date online list of unclaimed property, which may be searched free of charge.
